Important Information for Auction Winners!

When you win an auction, we’ll send you a confirmation email to celebrate your win and provide payment details. Sometimes, though, email servers get a little overprotective. Here’s what to do if you don’t see that winning email right away:

  1. Check Your Spam Folder: Occasionally, our emails end up there. Give it a quick look just to be sure!
  2. Gmail Users: Gmail sometimes tucks our messages into the “Promotions” tab. If you don’t see us in your main inbox, give Promotions a peek.

No email? No worries! If you’re having any trouble at all, you can simply pay for your item in-store when you come to pick it up. We’re here to help make your experience as smooth as possible.

How Our Local Auctions Work

1. Bidding Period: Our local auctions kick off every Thursday at 10 AM and run until Sunday at 10 PM. Browse through our unique selection of items and place your bids throughout the weekend.

2. Winning Notifications: After the auction closes on Sunday night, we’ll send a confirmation email to all winning bidders. Be sure to check your inbox for details on how to claim your item.

3. Payment Process: Payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. If payment isn’t received on time, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. If no payment is made, the item will be relisted in the next auction.

4. Item Pickup: Once you’ve secured your win and completed payment, you can pick up your item at our store the following Monday through Wednesday during regular business hours. Just stop by and claim your prize!
